Fee Structure

Payment Terms
- Payment due within 30 days of invoice
- Advance payments may be required

Non-Payment Consequences
Non-payment may result in suspension of services, withholding of documents, legal action for recovery, and termination of engagement. We reserve the right to exercise lien over client documents until all dues are cleared.

Usage Rights: Clients may use our deliverables for their intended business purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize our methodologies without written consent.
By Client
- 30 days written notice (unless urgent)
- Payment of all outstanding fees
- Completion of ongoing statutory requirements
- Proper handover of records
By Us
- Non-payment of fees
- Breach of terms and conditions
- Professional conflict of interest
- Illegal or unethical requests
Post-Termination
After termination, confidentiality obligations continue. We may retain copies of records as required by professional standards and legal requirements.

Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction

Prohibited Activities
